Your Information is Secure
MySite is completely secure, so you can be confident that your private information is protected. We use the safest security practices to protect your account and prevent unauthorized access to your information. Only you, or someone you have authorized, can view your MySite information.
IMPORTANT: If you have not accessed MySite since October 1, 2018, you need to re-register. Even if you previously have been a MySite user at one of these three hospitals, you need to sign up for MySite to access your most up to-date hospital health records.
All of your records prior to October 1, 2018 are only accessible using your previous MySite account.
How to Start Using MySite
From your desktop:
1. Visit mysite.bidh.org and click “Sign Up” to register.
2. After you’ve created your account, use the same link to view your health information anytime.
From your smart phone or tablet:
1. Use the free Meditech Mhealth Mobile App.
2. Search and download “Meditech MHealth” in the Apple App Store or Google Play.
3. Open the app, select “Massachusetts” from the list of states, then select “Beth Israel Deaconess Milton/Needham/Plymouth” from the list of hospitals.

There may sometimes be a delay between the time the test is completed and the time the result is available to view. This delay may allow your treatment team to confirm the results and discuss them directly with you. Some tests are not available to be viewed online, as listed in our Terms and Conditions located on the Patient Portal website.
