Access to your older health records from before October 1, 2018 is only available using your ORIGINAL MySite account.
To register for the NEW MySite, have your medical record number ready. To obtain your medical record number, contact the BID-Needham Medical Records Department at (781) 453-5301 or firstname.lastname@example.org, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Be sure to specify whether you are referring to the NEW or ORIGINAL MySite.

The NEW MySite gives you 24/7 access your health records from any of our three community hospitals: BID-Milton, BID-Needham and BID-Plymouth. Use MySite to access:

● Online bill pay
● Medication information
● Your health summary
● History of visits and discharge information after October 1, 2018

primary care doctor with any follow-up questions.
The information displayed on the MySite Patient Portal is only as current as your most recent visit to the hospital. It will be updated if you are a patient in the Emergency Department or are an Inpatient at the hospital.
If you would like to correct the information contained in your medical record, we ask that you submit a Medical Record Amendment form which we will then review with our clinical team. Please contact the Medical Records Department listed above if you would like to proceed with this process.
There may sometimes be a delay between the time the test is completed and the time the result is available to view. This delay may allow your treatment team to confirm the results and discuss them directly with you. Some tests are not available to be viewed online, as listed in our Terms and Conditions located on the Patient Portal website.
You can find your medical record number in your discharge paperwork, or you should contact the Medical Records Department listed above.
When you log into your MySite account, the front page contains a section of Important Links that includes a link to your hospital’s “Bill Pay” website.
