At Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Needham, you have several ways to pay your health care bill.       

We make it easy to pay your bill online through our MySite Patient Portal account. We also accept payments by mail or by phone.       

If you don’t have insurance, we provide financial assistance as needed.        

We believe in price transparency. That’s why we share information about the costs of care with you and ensure you don’t face any surprise bills.

Paying your bill doesn't have to be complicated. You can use our direct, online bill pay option.

You also can pay online with your MySite Patient Portal. You can pay electronically with your checking account or credit card. BID Needham accepts most major credit cards.        

The process is simple and secure: 

• Log on to your patient portal account.  
• Access your billing statement.  
• Enter your payment information.  
• We’ll credit your payment to your account.
