Busy schedules and stressful lifestyles can leave us feeling drained. We don’t have as much time to rest, prepare healthy meals or exercise – the things that provide us with the energy we need to keep going. Join dietitian Anna Perracchio, from Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Needham, to learn how you can use nutrition to have more energy throughout the day. You’ll learn about nutrient-dense foods, talk through meal and snack ideas, and learn about what food and drink choices can keep you going all day long. Anna Perracchio is a Dietitian and Food Services Manager at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Needham. Anna studied Health Science with a concentration in Nutrition at Keene State College in New Hampshire and has been with Sodexo (BID–Needham’s food service vendor) for nearly 2 years. Anna’s favorite foods are pasta and cheesecake and she particularly enjoys helping patients learn how to cook healthy meal recipes that will improve their overall wellness.
