We are located at 145 Rosemary St., in the Rosemary Office Park in Needham. Please use Entrance C-1.

We are near the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) commuter train and easily accessible from Route 128. 

There are free parking spots reserved for our patients. Please park in a spot marked “Urology Practice Associates.”
