Infusion Therapy at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Needham

Sometimes, you need IV medications or other treatments you can’t do yourself but that don’t require a hospital stay. Our infusion center at BID Needham is here to meet your needs. We offer a variety of IV infusion and injection therapies as well as therapeutic phlebotomy (removing excess blood to treat specific blood disorders) in one convenient location.

What Should I Expect?

Our team of experienced registered nurses will deliver your treatment in a tranquil, comfortable, outpatient environment. You’ll be seated in a reclining chair with heat and massage. Light refreshments and snacks are available.

We provide free Wi-Fi, along with a shared TV. You’re welcome to bring tablets, laptops and personal devices. If you wish to watch videos, we recommend that you bring headphones or earbuds. Our goal is to provide as comfortable an experience as possible for everyone.

Where Should I Go?

Our Infusion Center is located on the ground level of the Lank Cancer Center, and we’re open weekdays.

Check in for your appointment at the main reception desk located on the ground level.
