Ten Athletes Run to Support Hospital on 2019 BID–Needham Team

NEEDHAM, MASS. — Local residents from Needham and surrounding towns have pledged to take on the Falmouth Road Race, all in support of Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Needham (BID–Needham). The 2019 team is raising unrestricted dollars that will support investments in clinical services and state-of-the-art equipment.

“The training, the fundraising, and the focus put in by each and every runner is always inspirational to see, especially knowing that it’s all to benefit patients and families right here in our community,” said Samantha Sherman, Chief External Relations Officer at BID–Needham. “We are very grateful for and proud of the 10 committed runners who will represent BID–Needham at this year’s Falmouth Road Race.”

The 2019 BID–Needham Falmouth Road Race team includes:

Elisabeth Brewer, MD: Chestnut Hill, Newton

Gretchen Boucher, NP: Hopkinton

Jack Grosso: Wellesley

Teddy Mosher: Dover

Stephanie Hanna: Medfield

Camila Hernandez: Newton
