The safety of the Beth Israel Lahey Health community is very important to us. We continue to follow the guidance of healthcare officials to inform policy decisions as we return to hosting in-person events. By working together, we can all do our part to create a safe environment and protect the health of our community.
When you arrive onsite, you will be asked to attest that you are fully up-to-date with your COVID-19 vaccines. Review a definition of up-to-date vaccination status as defined by the CDC.
In addition, we ask that you attest that at the time of event entry you have not been diagnosed with or exhibited known symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 10 days, and have not been exposed to anyone with COVID-19 in the last 10 days.
Finally, Beth Israel Lahey Health will continue to follow guidance from healthcare officials, the CDC, and state and local officials, which is subject to change at any time. We will update attendees via email should there be COVID-related changes to the event.
