Justin Holtzman, MD, will focus on steps you can take to prevent chronic disease and how to manage your personal wellness on a daily basis. Karen Foulkrod, PT, will discuss how exercise can contribute to better mental and physical health, and Sara Kubetin and Kim Greene, dietitians, will talk about easy, manageable ways to eat better, even with a busy schedule.
